It’s the perfect combination of chocolatey cookie crust and creamy vanilla ice cream with chunks of Oreo cookies. This cake is easy to make and will definitely impress your guests. Let’s get started!
Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cake – Recipe 1
Ingredients:
- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 carton (1.5 quarts) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine the 20 crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust in the springform pan. Sprinkle the remaining 20 crushed Oreo cookies on top of the ice cream.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To make the whipped cream frosting, beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Remove the cake from the springform pan and spread the whipped cream frosting over the top and sides of the cake.
- Freeze the cake for 1 hour before serving.
Cookies ‘N Cream Ice Cream Cake – Recipe 2
Ingredients:
- 28 Oreos, crushed (reserve 1/3 cup for topping)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Instructions:
- Combine the 28 crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust in the springform pan.
- Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce over the vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle the reserved 1/3 cup of crushed Oreos on top.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, remove the cake from the springform pan and spread whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.
Cookies and Cream Oreo Ice Cream Cake – Recipe 3
Ingredients:
- 30 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
- 20 Oreo cookies, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup hot fudge topping
Instructions:
- Combine the 30 crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust in the springform pan.
- Sprinkle the chopped Oreo cookies on top of the ice cream. Drizzle the hot fudge topping over the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, remove the cake from the springform pan and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
Cookies N Cream Ice Cream Cake – Recipe 4
Ingredients:
- 35 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup hot fudge topping
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Instructions:
- Combine the 35 crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust in the springform pan.
- Drizzle the hot fudge topping over the vanilla ice cream.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, remove the cake from the springform pan and spread whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.

Ingredients:
- 1 package Oreos (divided)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 jar (16 oz) hot fudge topping, warmed
- 1 container (1.5 quart) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
- Crush half a package of Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Spoon the hot fudge topping over the Oreo crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining Oreos over the fudge topping.
- Spoon the softened vanilla ice cream over the Oreos.
- Spoon the thawed whipped topping over the ice cream.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, remove the cake from the springform pan and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
